This first version of the Arts Program features an art exhibition, which will run during the whole conference (3-5 June 2009). We invite artists working with digital media to submit completed artworks along the theme of networked television. In particular, we seek artworks that use iTV to explore issues of community identity, community awareness, civic participation. Moreover, we seek interactive art works that by combining multiple media, technologies, and novel technical ideas, realise strong artistic concepts that give a new perspective on the topic of the exhibition.

Submissions are limited to one page only. The contribution should include a short artist bio  & statement and a description of the proposed artwork, including links to further documentation. The format of the page is free and creative and visually compelling submissions are highly appreciated.

Accepted proposals will be published in the Adjunct conference proceedings.
